Eggnog Recipe

Makes about a quart of 'nog.

Procedure

  1. Bring milk to medium-low heat, then add spices, vanilla, and rum and cook for five more minutes.
  2. Whisk together the yolks and sugar until light yellow and fluffy.
  3. Boil the milk mixture and add it into the egg mixture SLOWLY, spoon by spoon.
  4. Put the mixture back on heat and stir in cream, then continue to stir until it thickens slightly.
  5. Refridgerate the lot, for at least a couple hours before serving.
  6. Drink and enjoy!
